I have relied on Rod Stephens for years for advice in personal and business related HR issues. He is always fair, honest, and knowledgeable. Again and again, I consistently seek him out for guidance on situations. He was very helpful helping us navigate a sensitive FMLA issue with a long term employee. He has also assisted in reviewing company policies and was of great help in that process.

Mr Stephens helped me in a sexual harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit. This was a very sensitive and emotional situation for me, he and his staff were so caring and helped me feel at ease throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond what I had expected and I would highly recommend him to anyone else needing help.

Rod helped me with a discrimination law suit. He gave me valuable advice and kept the issues realistic and manageable. Although the case could not be pursued due to date constraints, there is now a record of the discriminatory activities at my former employer.
