Beware of this attorney. She will take thousands and thousands of dollars from you and then all of a sudden just quit and keep all of the money. I just spoke with my current attorney. He told me to report her with the state of Washington. Everybody who has had a bad experience with her needs to report her immediately. She has taken over $20,000 from me and only went to court literally three times. She is a scam artist and needs to be prosecuted and pay back the money she owes her clients.

Well, it's been kind of a wild adventure, initially. Donna was pretty optimistic about the entire situation and then as time went on I felt as though I became a bucket of money. More so than trying to solve the issue. Donna herself is a very knowledgeable lawyer, but the feeling that I get is anybody who has more money and the trust is taken care of and has higher priority. As a whole, my ex-wife and I were able to solve this outside of dealing directly with the attorney, when it's all said and done, I really felt like I wasted $5,000 on absolutely nothing. Cheryl is usually quick to respond and able to put things together. I don't fault her for any of this because she can only be led by the attorney herself when prioritizing clients. There would be days at a time that I wouldn't get a response, especially when things were pressing and needed to be taken care of. I never really felt like a true priority. One thing that I thought was crazy is that if I called to make a request for a phone call, I was charged for it? That seems pretty weird, especially since the front desk person is a paid hourly associate and never overly friendly. Now during my time they were purchased by the Sterling law group, I don't know who the hell Tiffany is, but she is the absolutely worst human being on the planet. Many a times there were threatening statements of dropping me as a client, it overall pushed me to decide not to continue services. My significant other, not my ex-wife, also decided continue to discontinued services after coming in contact with Tiffany. Especially in situations like this, I.e divorces you should have a little more tact and be respectful of the situation. I think three stars is a fair rating based on everything I've stated above, no divorce situation is ever perfect, but this law group does not have any sort of heart or emotion involved and feels purely money motivated which as a commission salesperson I totally get it. At the end of the day, I would probably recommend another law group for anybody looking to get divorced or just go to Lincoln county and agree with your spouse. File it yourself and move on. I just want to reiterate that whoever the hell Tiffany is, is absolute garbage. Tiffany, I hope you have the day you deserve

Called to ask a very simple question. A question I'm sure I can find on my own, however I just wanted to be sure. They refuse to help unless I pay 200 for a consultation for 1 basic question.

Hey remember me ? You lied to have my boys takin from me? My kids are pretty damaged from what you did! 6 years of not being able to see them because of you. Guess what mom gave me up because she couldn’t handle it anymore . Now the dealing with abandonment issues from both . But only one actually did it. I pray for your soul cause you going to hell if you keep doing kids the way you do. Get some morals !

Chelsea Scott was great. She helped me aquire a parental plan that was better then the temporary orders put in place. She was both pleasant in communication, and fierce in representation during mediation. We walked away without having to go to trial saving me a lot of money, and gaining more time with my children. I would highly recommend her and her firm.

Thorough moderate priced divorce attorney

So never in a million years did I think I would be reviewing a law firm, but nevertheless here we are. I should start my review by stating I had planned to have a local attorney represent me, but when I called around Olympia all of the firms had a consult set up already with my ex, making it a conflict of interest. Well played move on his part. This however caused what I like to now call a blessing in disguise. I found Chelsea via Google, and what caught my interest is they advocate for women and children. I will tell you that the entire team was very responsive and timely in communication. I had many a sobbing breakdown on the phone and even knowing the phone call was costing me money, I felt they listened to me and calmed me down when needed. When we headed into mediation I was extremely nervous and expecting the worst. I wound up with almost everything I hoped to come out of the marriage with, and didn't even need to see my ex at all. Different rooms were used. Which was great considering I never wanted the divorce, had hoped for counseling first, and didn't want my ex to see me emotional. Now I'm glad we divorced. Being married to the wrong person isn't ideal. Lawyers are expensive, but you get what you pay for. They are upfront about all fees from the get go. I sincerely never wish to use a lawyer again, I have 0 intention of remarriage, but if I find myself in need of a lawyer again, they will be the first ones I seek guidance from. I was represented by this firm in my divorce. I told them from day 1 that I basically needed my hand held. I was extremely naive about life in general and had been completely controlled by my narcissistic, emotionally abusive husband of over 30 years. Knowing what I know now, Chelsea did me an extreme disservice and I was taken advantage of by my ex. So many things should have been done that were not. I’ve lost so much and I worry about my future. Two of the last things Chelsea said to me after mediation were - “you should be grateful”, and “I would have been happier if you’d gotten XX amount”…after giving me zero guidance ahead of time. We went into a mediation with zero preparation. We didn’t meet, she gave me zero counsel. After mediation, one of the paras tried to get me to negotiate something with his lawyer that had been settled in mediation. And you can bet all those emails were charged. Be very careful
