As a professional this lawyers tactics are dirty and tainted. They use multiple lawyer to bully individuals and family law to tear apart children from familys. I have seen there work first hand with medical marijuana corporations. They do great work for a dirty lawyer top notch. I prefer proper etiquette.

Without the help of the entire Law Office of Donna Person Smith, specifically Donna, Chelsea, and their assistant Stephanie, I know that I would not have had the successful outcomes I have had. They stuck through a very difficult child custody case with me that I had battled for years on my own. I would recommend anyone of the attorney's in this firm. They look out for your best interests and have your back the entire time. They both worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it perfectly. They stood by every one of my requests and guided me through the entire lengthy process. Don’t be misled by this person. 2 1/2 months and over $10,000.00 in fees I was kicked out of my home and had my dogs taken from me for alleged abuse. (My dogs are my whole world) Donna told me I didn’t have to be At this hearing because it was a hearing to restrain us from selling or disposing of assets. I never met the person Donna sent into court for me and this person didn’t know anything about my case, but my husband showed up with his 4th attorney and a 27 page declaration full of lies, Whoever was there didn’t even know enough about my case to defend me. I was informed while at work my husband put an emergency restraining order on me that day in late August however I was allowed to go home to grab some clothes. Donna wouldn’t respond to my emails or phone calls for 9 days and then yelled at me in an email for trying to get information about false insurance claims that were my reason for wanting the divorce. (Yeah, she yelled at me in an email) 9 days after I was ordered to leave my home with out my dogs. I hired a new attorney and I still got calls from Donnas office but they never left a message. I got my dogs back in an ex parte hearing within three weeks. 8 1/2 months later, on Mother’s Day, I was able to go pick up my personal items that my husband would allow me to have. Hopefully I’ll be divorced by the one year mark of filing.

Husband left me after 48yr of marriage. Did a legal seperation and then divorced him shortly after 50yr anniversary. Legal advice was always given with my best interest in mind especially given my emotional state. Helped me to keep a level head and to make the decisions that were best for me. With their help all this is behind me and I have a bright future ahead with no money worries.

Donna Person Smith and her team has worked with us since early 2017. We sot her out to help aid in support of our family in some pretty delicate personal family issues. Her office has been very helpful and fair in this whole process. We had no idea we would be with her for 2+ years almost 3 now. When we have needed her team they have been there for us. They have been the go between when we needed them most and have helped us deal with the state. It hasn't been easy for them as their offices are in Pierce County and we are in Thurston County. They have been very supportive and a wise ear to lean on. We would recommend her and her team for family law needs.
