Tonia did a great job working with us and I wish we had contacted her sooner. She goes way above and beyond with her services. She kept really good communication with us and was diligent with her work, exploring all of the different options for us. I highly recommend this law firm for your real estate needs, especially if you need someone that does what they say they are going to do. You are definitely making the right choice by working with her and you will be glad you did.

Had a great experience with Tonia. After listening to my probate case issues, she could not help me, however was very empathetic and was able to refer me to another firm. That firm has been wonderful with my current case.

This firm was incredibly helpful and professional. I called on behalf of my significant other who was trying to sell her house. She had a usda loan that the buyers were trying to assume but the loan company was denying it and no one would give any reason as to why or even how the process worked and would routinely give mixed or confusing answers. Fast forward and after having a brief phone conversation with this firm, I was able to get plenty of information about loan assumptions and potential options. She was honest about what the firm could or couldn't do and didn't charge me for the call (which I would have been more than willing to pay for). I highly recommend giving them a call if you're having a difficult time with a home sale and want some guidance.
