I came across Mike a few months ago when my wife hired him for a criminal case. He was great in the fact that he met with her right away and also set up a payment plan for her as our situation is very tight because we are about to have a baby. I was facing a Robbery in the first degree with possession of a firearm in the first degree and a driving while license suspended. I already had 8 points so I was looking at some serious time. Michael Morgan took my case and worked it for about year. Due to his knowledge of the law and his diligence, the case has been resolved with it being reduced to an unclassified plea to "riot" with a sentence of 1 year on probation. and 8 day's time served. So I have my life back and do not have to serve any jail time. I highly recommend Michael Morgan as legal counsel. He is very thorough and honest. Mr. Morgane is willing to go to trial and does not push to have a quick plead out so he can get on with other things. Extremely knowledgeable and I was very pleased with his professionalism and representing me in court and the outcome was very favorable for me. This wasn't a huge matter (pet related) but I didn't feel the citations were justified and Michael proved that in court today.
