If anyone is looking for a result-driven law firm, search nomore! Sean Malcolm is an assertive and aggressive attorney! He's direct when dealing with insurance companies. He fights hard for his clients. Russ Malcolm (paralegal) is the first person I spoke with when I reached out to them. I knew I found a strong compassionate connection within the first 10 minutes of our conversation. What a relief! That was just the beginning. I didn't realize how much I would need their help, until the worst car accident of our lifetime occurred. My daughter and I had multiple injuries, to say the least. Russ Malcolm was my strongest pillar! He communicated with me often. He's always prompt to answer if I have questions. He has a gift of easing so many doubts. He cleared up the confusion, which I had terrible confusion due to an awful concussion. He walked the distance with me and never left me to strive or fight this alone.
