Inconsistent Communication
“I am happy with the outcome of my case, I was displeased with the amount of time it took to resolve the situation, covid given the whole process took several years, also the communication from the law firm was difficult, the back end is confusing, and I feel like I could not talk with the same case worker over the period of time, it was always someone different and I still have some questions, and I have asked for multiple call backs via email to only receive an email to schedule but the scheduling portal does not work.”

“At first I thought Josh would help me get additional custody with my 7 year old son. But he didn't get me additional custody and cost me money. In the end Josh wouldn't help when I asked him to help fix the problems he created in my custody case. He said he had more important cases and couldn't help.”
