I was scheduled for a phone consultation weeks down the road from the day I set the appointment. Then I had to reschedule for personal traveling that left me unavailable. Naturally, this meant waiting an additional amount of time for a new opening. The morning of the newly rescheduled appointment finally arrived. I had taken time off work to be available. The morning of, I was notified that there was no room for the topic I needed to discuss (basic quit claim deed for county files). The morning of! That delayed me even further to complete the task because I was back to square one of finding an office to handle my case. Super simple case and they can’t tell me until the day of the appointment that they actually don’t have space for it. Very unprofessional.

Working with Amy was easy, efficient, and fun. Very smart, quick and highly competent.

In the beginning they are kind to you and all. As soon as they get paid they do not provide answer your calls or provide you with updates about your case.

We needed to update our estate docs and went to Amy. She was very responsive, provided detailed feedback, and made the overall process very smooth. We will go back to her again for any future estate planning services.

Она сказала, что аппоинтмент только по телефону и не может это сделать тому, что пришёл в офис своими ногами. Немного дебильновато, но я уже привык к этому в США. Тогда я стоя прямо перед ней набрал номер их офисного телефона. И показал, что звоню ей. Она извинилась и сказала, что уже сейчас находится в разговоре на линии: у неё был хендсфри. Я ей сказал, что ничего страшного и я повишу на линии. Она просто закрыла передо мной дверь и села дальше за стойку ресепшена. Это видно, так как двери прозрачные. Не пригласила в офис ни присесть, ничего другого, ни сказала, чтобы я просто подождал, ни извинилась. Забавные зверята. Клиенты им точно не нужны. Всем видом это показывают. Не рекомендую. I came to their office. The girl at the reception asked how she could help. I said that I need out of the service, I am their potential client and would like to appoint an appendix. She said that the application is only on the phone and cannot do this by coming to the office with his feet. A little moronic, but Im already used to it in the US. Then I, standing right in front of her, dialed their office phone number. And he showed that I was calling her. She apologized and said that she was already in a conversation on the line: she had a handsfree. I told her that it was okay and I would hang on the line. She just closed the door in front of me and sat further behind the reception desk. This can be seen, since the doors are transparent. I did not invite to the office to sit down, nothing else, nor said that I would just wait, nor apologize. Funny beasts. They definitely dont need customers. The whole view shows it. I dont recommend it.

Never answer the phone, horribly rude, no one is ever in the office to take calls, and emails go completly ignored for weeks.

Amy was great! Once we met and reviewed our submission, we got the will made and signed within a month and a half.
