First impression is that this place is money hungry. I called to ask a simple question nothing complex just a simple yes or no answer. However, they wanted me to pay a Consultation fee to ask one simple question. This is after telling me that it's not even a category of taxes that they handle. Then why would I need to pay for a simple question?
