I filed a claim through labor and industry's. I was told by my claim manager my lawyer did not file for time Loss So if my case is Not reopen, I will not be eligible for any of the hours I've lost.
My lawyer was not in communication with me for most of my case,And even told me " People don't like working for people who are constantly bothering them" As of reaching out for communication is a bother, I would think it's a job responsibility!
My lawyer's name was Nannet Cohen.
