If you're looking for someone to fill out some legal papers Walt might be able to do that, but as a divorce attorney, look elsewhere.

Was not happy at all with this firm I felt my attorney Walt Williams half assed my case at best. Even the opposing party made comments to me that he seemed extremely ill prepared. But I was definitely not billed for the half effort I was given they were 100% and then some on that.

Boyd does settlement conferences for dissolution cases. He is friendly, professional and knowlegable. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Buckingham was the mediator at my divorce settlement conference. I strongly recommend not using him in this role. His role, as I understand it, is to listen to each party's side and take that position back to the other party. However, he seemed rather disinterested in what I had to say. I seemed to get glib remarks as I explained my position on matters. I felt like I could never reach him so he could then take that back to my ex's room. I was extremely frustrated. He also seemed to be absolutely clueless as to living expenses. My ex was living in a half empty house on the Kent East Hill worth at the time about $450k. When her needs were discussed, I mentioned that she could very easily move to a smaller house (no less than the house I was living in) and buy it cash for the equity she was receiving in the current house. He said that she wouldn't be able to find a house for less than $600k or $700k. (Also note that the house she was in was about $100k over the median for that neighborhood at the time.) He also did not seem to understand the whole concept of retiring before social security started. (Makes sense if you insist on living in a very expensive house, but that was never the style of either my ex or I.) All in all, it felt to me like he was just going through the motions.

If I could give negative stars I would. This guy is a liar (as all lawyers are). He has no regard for fairness and truth. My ex wife hired him to mediate our divorce. He advised me to take the deal on the table as I wouldn't get a better one if I took her to court. This was a lie, DSHS found I was paying too much based on this liars calculations. Not only that, I found out later that as a mediator he is not allowed to advise whether or not a plan should be accepted. There is more, but I've given enough time and energy to this heel. Karma, get him!

Christy was an angel. This process sucks no matter the situation but she was patient, professional, and rocked it. Would definitely recommend 5/5.
