I am a retired lawyer and have experience in the past with thousands of lawyers. I would highly recommend James Lambka. It was apparent that he was more concerned with creating a positive result for us than any monetary return that he might receive. We found that extremely refreshing and not always what we experience in our numerous dealings with lawyers. We contacted James Lambka about Family Car Doctrine as it applied to our family liability situation. Mr. Lambka was well prepared when he returned our call and was able to give us concise and clear information about what to do and what not to do. We felt he was very generous with his time and very professional with his advice. We highly recommend Mr Lambka. In addition to great legal advice we felt that he listened well.

I just called and talked to a receptionist on 08/10/16. An old, terrible doctor injured me during an exam causing me to have to get addicted X-ray's and another exam at another clinic that I had zero need for before this doctor injured me. Despite being a supposed medical malpractice attorney, the reception couldn't follow my story. She acted as though I was an alien from another planet and she had no idea why I would call her about a medical malpractice claim.

I hired James for not one, but two accidents that I was involved in (neither of which were my fault). His team was incredibly helpful and responded right away when I had questions. I felt like I was in good hands. Also despite having a difficult case with two auto accidents, they were able to settle on an amount that I was happy with. I would recommend, and have already recommended them to anyone dealing with an auto injury.
