When they promised 15-20k compensation per person for our car crash in the initial call, I took it as a marketing tactic and didn't expect such a sum. I spoke with the receptionist at the office who informed me that she would receive my information and I would receive a call back within 48 hours. I gave her the info., I then waited and waited, but I simply never even received a callback. Don’t even bother with these people.
