Had a great experience working with everybody at the firm and they kept me in the loop as information came up, in the end did a wonderful job handling my case and getting me the compensation i deserved from my auto injury.

Zack was friendly, answered all my questions, did a wonderful job, promptly returned my calls, achieved good results. I am very please with my relationship with Zack and Pendergast Law.

Im not sure how I’m so late to give this review, but better late than never! I will only use this law firm from now on. This was my first major car accident that I needed to get help with. Zach, was everything! From the moment I called I knew I made the right decision. Zach and the rest of the team literally took care of everything from start to finish and not only kept me up to date, but even just checking in on me to make sure I was okay. I have them saved in my phone, they’re stuck with me from here on out. Thank you all so much for exceeding every expectation and for being just so wonderful While I hope I won’t have any car accidents or anything in the near future, if I do, it’ll be a pleasure to work with you all again

We hired them to represent my wife in a rear ended accident. Not only did they ask my wife to accumulate all the records they needed (isn’t that what we hired them to do?) but then after neck surgery they decided to not represent her. All communication with their office was instigated by us. Horrible communication. We also feel that we were lied to when they gave their reasons for not representing her

I do not recommend them, they are not serious people, I had an accident, they told me to go to therapy that I had practically won the case, after 6 months that I had finished my therapies they called me that they were withdrawing from the case but that they would not charge their part and now I am paying for the therapy

Pendergast Law; supported me, walked with me, advocated for me when my voice was overshadowed by the mean, and rude tempered insurance people. My very own investment in insurance became a nightmare after a very bad accident. I felt like they were shoulder to shoulder every step of the way during a very difficult time. Pendergast was the authentic professionals who were always accessible, excellent communication with great quality of service. I met the team in person, and joy exploded in my heart. I was again greeted with big smiles, kindness hugs and support for my next steps.

In December of 2021, my fiancée and I were hit from behind / involved in a rear end collision. I recently started a new job and my fiancée had just recovered from a previous car accident. The timing couldn't be worse. Thankfully, Pendergast Law took on the burden of our stressful situation and made it a seamless process. If I'm ever in a situation like this again, I know I'll be in good hands with Pendergast Law.

This law firm is a joke they took on my husbands case, did little to nothing, never made contact with us, we always had to call them, then out of nowhere call and tell us they are dropping his case. This place only cares about how much goes in their pocket and not there for the client and for gods sake dont waste peoples time as most cases have a statue of limitations. We are were dissatisfied with how they handled my husbands case and I wouldnt recommend this place unless your a big money maker for THEM find a smaller attorney whos willing to go the.mile for their client.
