I highly recommend Pendergast Law! I was in an accident and my insurance was trying to tell me I was fine when I wasn’t. I contacted Pendergast law and they helped me be able to sleep through the nigh without pain. I was able to continue medical treatment for issues caused by the accident and I was able to make leaps and bounds in recovery due to their assistance! I will forever recommend them! Zach Kozma was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Zach and his team are fantastic! I appreciate everything they’ve done for me ❤️

I was very anxious about the process of making sure that my settlement was going to cover all the medical bills that my insurance PIP wouldn't cover. Zach stuck with me every step of the way, answered every question I had, and assured me that wouldn't happen. After closing I had more than enough payout to cover those bills amd was even able to get a new matress to help me sleep sounder.
