Quite simply, Niomi goes where others are afraid to tread. I was injured while on vacation in Seattle. I knew that it was a preventable injury and negligent on their part but, after making 2-3 calls when I returned home to Chicago, I felt pretty defeated because others seemed to think it was no big deal.
