My car was rear-ended and when I called my own insurance company, they wanted me to provide them with documentation of my medical and financial history. I was not at fault, so I didn't believe that was necessary. My husband called a reliable source, and we were referred to Paul Veillon. I found Paul and his paralegal Anna to be professional and friendly. They took care of everything, and encouraged me to get the medical care I needed. I am not too good at record keeping, but they did all the paperwork. I was never rushed or coached, nor was my case minimized. I never doubted that my attorney had my best interests at heart. When Galileo Law opened, I had the choice to stay with the old firm or stay with Paul Veillon. I did a little research on the internet, and found he had been described as a "rising star" in Seattle. I stayed with him, and have no regrets. Paul was able to settle my case, but he would have fought for me in court if it had been necessary. He is not afraid to take on an insurance company or two. I consider it tacky at best for a lawyer or a doctor to advertise. An ethical and skilled attorney should not have to sell himself to the public. Paul Veillon even has a "White Glove Guarantee". He offered to reduce his fee if I wasn't satisfied. However, I was satisfied. He and Anna deserved every penny. My husband and I have referred friends to Paul Veillon, and will continue to do so.

Paul and his team are an excellent, thorough and hard working group. Don't let insurance companies play the bully in your personal injury case, your health is far too important! Paul was there for me from the beginning and persevered with me over a long 1.5+yr recovery process. He was thoughtful and professional, and insisted on a diligent care regiment towards recovery, even when I was feeling "better". I was involved in an accident back in Sept. 2013 that damaged my car and left my neck and left side in pain. My insurance company and the offending party were not willing to listen. I met with Paul.
