Last year I got rear ended on the on ramp to the freeway. No idea what to do. This was my first accident. Loved my car and it was totaled. I org trusted the insurance to handle but when they sent me a check for $1200 and my estimate to fix my car was $6k. I knew I needed help. The insurance company left me without a car for 3 months.
