I hired Deric to represent me and it was money well spent. I would recommend any person facing a criminal conviction to at least consult with Deric and see for yourself. Sadly, Deric is not the first lawyer I have had to hire over the years and I do have experience with bad ones. I can honestly say Deric was excellent at communication and I was never caught by surprise. He was easy to access which is huge, because I found myself in urgent need of his help, once or twice, and he rescued me. Thank you Deric for helping me get my life back.

Had a fairly complicated criminal defense matter. Deric was able to negotiate an agreement with the prosecution and my case was dismissed and I was able to take a breath and get back to life. After being involved in recent serious legal charges it was hard to know what to do next. Deric Orr and his partner Scott Johnson have gone above and beyond. My case started in March 2015. It is now June 2021. Everything is finally over. Every step of the way, one factor or another slowed my case down.. Although the efforts that these two beautiful men put forth showed their worth time, and time again. I went from facing 8+ years in prison for a crime that happened before 2008, to being sentenced with 15 days Jail and 15 days Work Crew. I don't know the full details of all the effort they put in, although the only bad news I was ever given was that something happened to slow the case down.. Whether it be a vengeful prosecutor, or someone else's screw up. Every step was arduous and stressful, I've been a ball of anxiety... But these two never gave up. I paid an initial sum of $6,000-$8,000 (forgot the amount).. And not a single time was a requested or required to pay more. I believe the effort put into this extremely arduous case far exceeds the price that was paid. Based on anecdotal evidence, Deric Orr and Scott Johnson are the best Defense team in all of Eastern Washington.

Deric Orr was incredibly zeoulous in his actions towards helping me terminate my lease early. I had a disagreement with my current roommate at the time and my landlord had agreed to let her boyfriend be added to MY lease without my consent after I had already made it clear I did not want him in my apartment due to his dangerous and violent behavior. As soon as consulting Deric he called my landlord acting as my attorney, raising questions and fervently arguing my case. Aftwards my landlord agreed to not only allow me to exit my lease early with no expense but offered to evict her boyfriend whilest I was in the processes of moving out. He was always available to me and very professional. Highly recommended.
