The legal team at Pacific Northwest Family Law has been a pleasure to work with while going through my divorce preceding. I have appreciated their flexibility and support as my spouse tried to file on our own. When that failed, their team was in place to take over the filing and moving the divorce to completion. All things were handled in a professional manner leaving the dignity of all parties intact. I would recommend this firm with high regards to anyone.

When my husband and I were fighting for custody of my step-daughters Mr. Kinshella advocated for the safety and wellbeing of our children. I stood up to the opposing party who wanted to play the victim card and make this situation all about her, not about the children. Without Scott, we would have difficulty would not have won this case. I would use Scott for any legal issues I may face and I highly recomend him for your legal needs.

Do not go with this firm. I paid over 9,000 dollars and My lawyer Scott Kinshella, I feel, did close to nothing for me in my case. He would take sometimes over a week just to respond to an email or not even respond at all. He didn't take the time to really inform me of the possible outcomes of the case. He often gives bad advice. The worst transgression was that he told me that I could not be involved in an important hearing by phone in my case when it turns out I could be. So, my ex wife got to be at the hearing but not me, because he erroneously told me that I could not be apart of it. I normally don't feel comfortable writing negative reviews, but this is people's lives we are talking about. There are many other better law firms out there in Tri cities. Don't make the mistake I made by not doing my research.

I hired Ashby Law to assist me in a complicated Relocation/Modification matter for my children. The entire team at Ashby Law took great care to ensure that all my questions were answered. Scott and the rest of the attorneys and Paralegals take time to truly get to know the client and help them understand what the options are and represent the client's best interest in court.

Scott Kinshella is a great Attorney. He truly cares about his clients. Scott had my case dropped on him after another attorney screwed me over. His willingness to take on my issues & answer all my questions I will always be grateful for. I would recommend Scott to everyone.

Had a nasty bitter divorce with a woman that doesn't listen to reason. Scott kept my best interests at hand, made sure I focused on what really mattered in my case, made important decisions to protect my position, and I got custody of my child. I highly recommend him to anyone.
