I hired Lee as my attorney for a medical malpractice case. I could not have been happier with my decision to work with Lee. Having never gone through this type of process before, Lee took the time to explain everything to me, making me feel comfortable and at ease. He has a wealth of connections that allowed him to consult with experts who helped my case. Lee took the time to really get to know me, my family and our situation. He really cares. When I was in a car accident in 2013 and needed help dealing with the other 2 drivers' insurance companies -- and my own -- Lee Tucker took over the negotiations, got me a reasonable settlement, and pursued my own insurance company to get me further funds the insurance company had "subrogated." I still don't know what that means, but Lee did, and most importantly, he stayed on them till they gave me the further settlement. He was professional and sympathetic, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Our family attempted to handle our insurance claims and ensuing medical bills on our own following a car accident.
