“What a waste of time. I called the intake office and I explained my case, I was told within three business days if one of the lawyers will handle the case he/she will give me a call. Few days later, I got a calendar request from one of the lawyers (Patrick) for a phone call to discuss. He never showed up or responded to my email or my call to check in.”
