Young-Ji was my main point of contact and she helped me through a multi-year fight with the at-fault parties insurance. I can't say enough good things about her. I was in an auto accident when I was freshly 20, was not organize, had no a single clue about anything legal related and did not prioritize my health. Yet Young-Ji did absolutely everything to find me the care I needed to recover, organize all the insane amount of documentation that's caused by legal battle that involves injury and helped me with all my hundreds of questions. She even went above and beyond to ensure I had a second opinion . She helped me through the most stressful situation I've ever had to go through in my life - recovering with a serious injury and dealing with the legal battle. Even when I moved out of state she still went above and beyond to ensure my case was taken care of.
