GET WHAT YOU NEED FIRST. I called to make an appointment regarding a certain type of family law. I made clear what I was looking for. The secretary proceeded ask for my full name, my wife's full name, how we heard about the firm, what keywords we used on google, what our zip code was, etc. After 5-6 minutes of giving her all this information, she said they don't do that type of law. She made sure to provide me with another guy so they could receive their credit/$ for the referral. Since they're so interested in collecting data on their callers, I'm providing a little online for them. Thanks for wasting my time.
