Charles is honest, fair, attentive, informative and knowledgeable. Unlike other attorneys i’ve experienced, I found Charles especially client-focused and understanding. He’s not as aggressive yet smart and would open to all possibilies when helping to solve my case, given it might not be as advantageous to himself. Charles was pragmatic and focussed on the our key objective to obtain a major settlement quickly, and with minimal cost.
