4

5
Efficient and cost-effective

Cons
1
Billing concerns and lack of transparency
“It is impossible to figure out what the hourly billing rate is. Also, although we were planning to go to mediation, he suggested that it would be a good idea to at least clear a potential appointment with an arbitrator in case mediation failed. We never went to arbitration but there was a $1500 bill from the arbitrator for checking his schedule.”
2
Unresponsive and poor communication
“It typically takes 10 attempts over the course of weeks trying to get ahold of them before they ever respond. I am 6 months into a terrible experience with next to zero communication, no progress & I have paid them in full.”
3
Lack of prioritizing client needs
“Over 6 months of waiting for this law firm to help move forward with an expongement. I paid all costs up front, and did recently receive a refund, however, their response time is abhorrent. As a client I absolutely did not feel like I was a priority, at best I felt I was just an after thought.”
