Slow communication and responsiveness
“I called a different Law Firm last April before I called Khan Law Firm PLLC Seattle and they said they weren't able to take my case. I didn't give up and searched online and read great reviews for Khan Law Firm so I decided to call them. I was referred to Attorney Javier and he took his time and made extra effort to meet with me closer to my house. My case was then referred to their paralegal who's no longer employed with them but eventually Timothy Harder, Paralegal Case Manager took over my case.”

Inconsistent case management
