I had a consultation with Mark, he was very upfront that there was nothing that I could move forward with but I am very appreciative of his time, kindness and understanding.

Mr Shepherd gave me sound advice on the issue I called about. He was patient, asked clarifying questions. His explanations were comprehensive and comprehensible at the same time. He is confident and comfortable with details of the law. I didn't have a case, and I suppose I hope I never will, but if I did, I'd call him again in the blink of an eye.
