I began working with Jim in 2003 when my firm was sued by 3 former executives for wrongfull discharge. Jim is a great negotiator and we settled all claims within a few months. Since that time, he has assisted my firm for general business purposes and the occasional litigation defense. Another case involved an individual and his business insisting on a multi-million dollar payout from my company based on his non-compete.
