David was great to work with he was responsive which I appreciated the most, very professional and got me what I felt was a great outcome. I was referred to Mr. Roth following a car accident where I did receive significant injury. I was receiving numerous calls and pressure to settle by the at fault drivers insurance. By hiring Mr. Roth all of that pressure was immediately stopped. I was allowed to focus on my injury which did result in need for surgery that was not immediately apparent in the initial aftermath of the accident. He held the "sharks at bay" so I did not even need to worry or think about the details of any legal implications.
