I was referred here, provided a brief to-the-point consult and all in about 10 minutes determined the merit of the case. I am an IT professional outside of the workings of the legal field but above the eighth grade. Thank you for the no-nonsense, 'terse,' consult. It is a jungle out here in the workforce, akin to a Jurassic South American rainforest. Thank you Sy for the referral. Thank you Mr. Rosenberg.

I had been attempting to work with multiple lawyers, and could not get one on the phone; Seth was actually accessible. I spoke with him once about my case, he said it looks like you don't have something here. Later my partner and I discovered something else we thought could change the case, but again he was honest and said I just don't see enough. Most lawyers would not take the time to give a free consolation once let alone twice. Most importantly he listens. My partner and I highly recommend Seth and his team, because he gave us clarity and an alternative course of action.

This is a true event and this is my honest opinion: I had a phone consultation with Seth, we talked for about 12 minutes. Seth didn’t sound compassionate, he sounded almost frustrated and discouraging, I believe. He hung up the phone on me. In my opinion, that is extremely unprofessional and rude. Poor customer service, I believe. I believe, he may write I am not a real client or a potential client, I’m from the opposing party (like on other reviews) and all, but that would be false. I spoke with him and had consultation with him. He hung up on me and that is a fact. My honest opinion on his unprofessionalism won’t change. I do not care if you don’t want to represent me, do not be rude and have some ethics, in my opinion. Owner stated I was angry when he told me there is no merit in the case. First of all, the word merit never even came up during the conversation. Second, I was not angry, I didn’t even get a chance to show emotions, he hung up on me. Like I mentioned above, I don’t care if you cannot represent my case, have some professionalism, be more customer oriented. In my opinion, he is a liar after all (apparently), I meant a lawyer.

For detailed analyses, responses, and probabilities to calm your nerves, Jessica is your lawyer. Do not look back. If you've retained Jessica, odds are that you are going to be okay, if not great. Jessica does not just take cases, Jessica wins cases...without trial.

I'm so thankful for Seth and his team! Super attentive, timely, and good follow through. He and his team are well educated about the law and need little time to build a strong argument. Seth was also very clear in what he anticipated, and seems very committed to get the win!

We needed an attorney for a case involving my wife's business. Jessica C was our attorney for the case. Jessica and her assistant Laura are both very professional, knowledgeable and understanding, always kept us up to date with the case and documents were turned around very quickly. Will have to write anonymously as this lawyer may retaliate. When I first talked to Mr. Seth over the phone one of his statements was " we sued University of WA for XYZ reason." It was irrelevant to our discussion and I felt like there was more ego involved than compassion. I gave it benefit of the doubt... Over time it just proved to be the same unfortunately. I felt disconnected and underappreciated in a subtle way. The compassion that should have been there was missing. Some lawyers have it and some do not. Be careful!

Seth distinguishes himself as an attorney. He truly cares of the issues involved, and he is honest, responsive, and attentive. He sets up clear expectations, explains the process, and informs you of all the possibilities and routes a case can take. Not only is he a great attorney, but he also excels on his customer service.
