I found Lucinda because I was on my third appeal for social security disability. Up here in Alaska we didn’t have an attorney that was working on application appeals and I looked up on line and she was happy to work with me. Lucinda is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about this topic. Lucinda was able to explain what the process was and answered all my silly questions without judgment. It has been a great pleasure working with her on my case. I will highly recommend her!!!

Lucinda Dunlap Is an amazing and wonderful person! I have been trying to get social security for YEARS! I had all but given up hope. Everyone except Social security knew I was and had been. I floundered from Job to Job for over 7 years. I tried again after getting denied so many years before. I had gone through a list of over 40 lawyers each casting me aside not willing to fight for what they considered a lost cause. Then I called Lucinda, She listened and understood my situation and said she would fight for me. Then 6 months into the Process Covid happened. It brought things judicially to a virtual stand still. Things slowed down so much. Some here and there and long periods I had almost given up hope. She kept fighting and working to get me what I had been needing for so long and Fought like a Honey Badger for me in Court. I am so glad I know her. She is empathetic, understanding, caring, Professional, and determined to accomplish a goal. She promised and Came through for me! I have never been happier to know someone as wonderful as she is as a Lawyer and a person.

Lucinda and her staff were extremely dedicated in working my disability case. We fought my case for 5 years running, Lucinda supported me in multiple appeals as social security proved to be challenging. Lucinda was most helpful while working on my case and she helped push my case through. It took 3 years but that was mostly because of Covid. She was patient and caring. The one done side was sometimes it took her awhile to respond, but if you think about her caseload that was understandable. Other than that she was amazing!!

Lucinda Dunlap is someone I have so much respect for. She is extremely intelligent with a sharp wit. She is also incredibly loyal and will stick with you through the thick of it. I have had her handling my disability case for the last 3+ years and we just finished a hearing that seems to have gone very well. She represented me and guided me through this complex and complicated process and I imagine will continue to if anything goes awry with my case. I'll be sure to update my review if it is approved which I am sure it will. When I say I trust her I mean that whole heartedly. And that's coming from someone with severe PTSD. I've never filed a personal injury case and didn't know where to begin. Ms. Dunlap was so very helpful and patient in explaining the process to me. She made me feel more confident as I was uncertain if I even had a case. Her knowledge and expertise of the law was so empowering to me!
