I am honored to be able to provide a review of Attorney Mark Anderson. I work for the WA State Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Mark was our assigned counsel. The issue fell square within employment law, and I found Mark to be incredibly knowledgeable, flexible and adaptable, and he also behaved with high integrity and professionalism. Mark is just an amazing advocate and diligent attorney. My case was an employment labor dispute. Mark carefully separated the facts from story and developed the tightest argument. Marks ability to view all angles of opposing arguments provided an articulate case that we won. Mark was great as my attorney. Prompt, together, knowledgeable and most importantly empathetic. The Courtroom can be very foreboding environment to to find yourself in and Mark made it a point to ease my apprehensions. My case was simple, just a "disorderly conduct" charge, but to me it was a complex mess to mire through and Mark made it smooth sailing. Would I retain again? Without question.
