Let me begin by saying that I cannot say enough about Rachel. That being said, it is my pleasure to comment on my experience in connection with my recent application for divorce, a divorce that had domestic violence issues embedded in it. Throughout that process Rachel demonstrated a high standard of commitment and professionalism while guiding me through the legal issues. She never lost sight of me as an individual person being dragged through an emotionally charged and regrettably acrimonious ordeal. I believe her high standard enhanced the success of my application. Working with Rachel was, and still is, a pleasure. She brings to the table a collaborative disposition all the while providing compassionate legal services through a process that is often exhausting and emotionally crushing. It might be said Rachel wears two hats and she wears them well. One where she employs her strong interpersonal skills to “hear me” and “help me” as a friend would, the other to identify the specific, objective legal issues and help guide me along that precarious path. In spite of her hectic schedule Rachel was always available to answer my questions, address my concerns and offer assistance. I would, without hesitation or condition highly recommend Rachel to anyone in need of legal counsel and legal representation.

Rachael was highly recommended to us for adoption through foster care, by friends who had been in the same boat. And she not only met the high bar but exceeded it. She expertly guided us through the process of the adoption through DCYF, discounted her fees to match the adoption re-imbursement and also managed to get our hearing scheduled, expedited and completed as a phone hearing in the middle of the Covid-19 shutdown.
