My family and I went to Bender Law for our estate planning and family will. My husband and I knew we needed to get our estate and will done for the safety of our child's welfare if anything were to happen to us. We met Rachel Bender through our PEPS group (her daughter and our son are just 2 weeks apart in age) and we knew that she would be perfect in helping us secure our son's future. I needed someone to, pro bono, a change in a will of my 93 year old friend. I left a message for Rachel and she called me back a few minutes later. I sent her a copy of the will, she send back the codicil to be reviewed, and she came out to meet my friend in her apartment and the signing and notary was done right there. What a wonderful and caring individual. I would recommend her to anyone needing a lawyer.

Although Mrs. Bender is mainly an estate planning attorney, I contacted her for some advice on my business contract. Not only did she read it over and give me helpful feedback on the clarity of it, she also offered advice on what to add to it to make it more foolproof.
