I had the honor of working with Linnea for an unemployment appeal & employment discrimination case. We successfully won the former against a major tech company, and although the latter is still in the air, I’m delighted in how understanding and adept Linnea was in handling the complex issue. Seth made me feel validated in my concerns of wanting safety at work. My only regret is not contacting them while I was still employed.

I can’t thank Amanda, Aaron, and Laura enough for having my back with my case. Aaron’s deep knowledge of employment law was a game-changer—I genuinely felt protected from further harassment while we awaited mediation, thanks to him. Amanda and Laura were always there with support and understanding, helping me stay focused and keeping things moving forward.
Their dedication and the representation from Rocke Law led to a successful EEOC mediation, which made a huge difference for me. Most importantly, they treated me with empathy and respect every step of the way.

I feel a little bit of a shame/guilt that I didn't write this review a few months ago...
My mom had issues with her employer regarding the unpaid wages and after being laid off we did not know what to do and where to go. I've been recommended to call Mr. Rocke and ask him what he thinks about our situation. After careful and patient consideration of all the facts that were involved in the case, Mr. Rocke helped to resolve all the issues that we had and reached an agreement that was favorable for both my mom and her employer. I am very thankful to Mr. Rocke and all his staff that work in the office, particularly his legal assistant Trisha, who was always on the first line and answered all the questions that we had!

I,m a small business in the Seattle area, and had some employment issues with one of my employees. I was referred to Rocke Law, and scheduled a meeting with Aaron and Karina, and found they were knowledgeable in employment law, and put a ease to my employee issue and stated they are here for me, when or if this case develops. I would highly recommend Rocke Law for any small business having employee issues. There seems to be alot of attorneys that represent the employees, but not alot to represent the small business...Thankyou Arron and Karina.
Aaron and his team understood our case, and has answered all my questions via email as I had sent to him with a fast response time..

I used SLG in 2021-2022 for an unemployment claim during the pandemic. I had received UI pay for over a year then got a repayment notice. I needed help. I spoke with Seth during a free consult and felt fairly confident. I was given a flat fee contract and assigned attorney C. Wilkerson. Over the next year I sat through some long phone calls and a brief or two, which all felt unnecessary. I would receive bills for hours but then when I called about my flat fee they would be zeroed out. When my case finally went to a judge, virtually, the case was discussed and got extended due to new paperwork/information coming to light. I had spoken with my attorney about these issues previously but they weren't addressed. When my case was NOT won I expected continued representation, however SLG said I needed to pay more. I was unhappy with their services and the case was not "won" or "completed", so asking for further payment when the job was never done shocked me. I reached out to Seth at this point asking for help and he deferred me to Sabrina, his paralegal or assistant. Sabrina was unhelpful at explaining, gave a hard no, and was also unskilled at de-escalation while I had a panic attack during the conversation. It was all extremely unpleasant. I left SLG and went to the Unemployment Law Project, who instantly got the case dismissed due to the amount of time lapsed. It had been over 2 years now and the judge agreed and dismissed. I do not believe SLG is properly educated or equipped to handle unemployment cases, and they were not satisfying while I was a client.
Additionally I reached out again to SLG for some disability accommodations while my UI case was going on, and was given completely incorrect information. Do not come here for any employment help.
