They never called back

Took forever to respond, said I had no case. Went to another lawyer, won the case for me.

They didn't have the courtesy to contact me back with a reasoning for them not wanting to represent me I wouldn't, recommend them to anyone

Never called back but the state picked it up so it’s ok made front page too

They said they'd call back within 48-72 hours. No call back or email yet. Please keep the promise, and if you can't please let the clients know as such.

Even though they advertise themselves as unemployment attorneys, I called them today June 3 asking for help with my unemployment claim. The secretary said they are not taking unemployment claims. Total false advertising!

I called in December of 2020 and never heard back so I called again and filled out the website request and finally heard back. On January 2nd I spoke with someone who got details on my case and said he would review it with a team and get back to me. It's September 8th and I'm still waiting for that call.....

I called a 702 area number. Local law firm. I was told , “I’m in Seattle,Wa . I said wow. I called a Vegas number. I said do you have an office in Vegas? He said let me check! On hold...... oh yes we do. Wow. Be safe people

my hubby talk to there preson that tyake info. and he said someone well call him back in 72hr. no call was ever made bake to us. they could give us the time.

Waste of your time no body responds after 3 business days of submission of the case details. Don’t know why they advertise on google if they are not interested to take any cases.

Heard good things about HKM, so I would reach out to them about an issue I had. Went through the initial intake process and was told I would have a response back in three business days, haven’t heard anything back. So I called and left a message on there answering machine asking for some kinda response to see if I needed to go another route and again, no response.

What a waste of time. I called the intake office and I explained my case, I was told within three business days if one of the lawyers will handle the case he/she will give me a call. Few days later, I got a calendar request from one of the lawyers (Patrick) for a phone call to discuss. He never showed up or responded to my email or my call to check in. When I called the office whoever answers the phone transferred me to a voice mail or to the general number. As much as I am disappointed but I am happy I am not going with this office for my Case. What a waste of time and unprofessional practices.
