My 12 year old son was hit by a car while he was crossing the street on his bicycle. Jeff Jones was a complete pleasure to work with, he performed his job beyond competently and achieved an outcome that was significantly better than we ever expected. He's a true professional, gentleman and expert in his field.

Jeff and Tom went way above and beyond in their care of our case. We were dealing with two girls who lost their mom in a plane crash, and they treated every stage of the case with sensitivity, perseverance, honesty, and information. They worked for years on our case, with extraordinary attention to detail. They did not treat it as 'just another case', but instead really invested in these girls' lives, both as lawyers and as good people. Tom and Jeff acted with the utmost integrity, and in light of the circumstances, we could not have been in better hands.

Mr. Jones was very professional but above that was very compassionate. He was available, supportive and very accomodating, he went above and beyond to ensure we understood and really took the lead in making the necessary contacts in our case which included Highway Safety , Department of Transportation and other industry experts.

I can't say enough about Jeff Jones. I was the defendant in a civil lawsuit brought by a person who thought they saw dollar signs. He did a remarkable job, was always prepared and called me every time there was something happening in my case. He actually gets to know, and cares about, his clients. He understands how stressful it can be to be a party in a court case and does his best to minimize the toll. Although I am cynical and jaded about the court system, I believe that Jones is one of the good guys. He truly does care about justice. I have so much confidence in him, that I've recommended him many times and have printed out his numbers to put in my kids' wallets. I hope to God they never need a lawyer, but if they do I want them to call him first.
