After working with David for over 8 months, I highly recommend him for his contract and negotiation expertise. David provided sound, seasoned advice regarding our leases and the tenor of the commercial real estate market. David is a logical thinker who takes the time to understand the client's needs, make strategic recommendations and successfully implement those strategies. Will work with him again in the future.

We have worked with David Cook in obtaining personal and business legal guidance for three years. In everything from setting up our estate, reviewing our business policies, and guiding us through friendly and non friendly employee negotiations, David has always given us comfort and confidence in our decisions. I met David through a mutual friend. I was impressed by his attention to detail from the start and his ability to listen.
