I highly recommend Josh for IP projects. We worked together on a collaboration agreement, a nondisclosure, and a US trademark registration. All of his work was excellent. Working with Josh versus a big firm was particularly enjoyable. He responded quickly and it was always easy to get in touch with him directly. Also, I believe that he has been able to keep his fees very reasonable because he does not have the fancy office space or big staff of a large firm.
