I wholeheartedly recommend R. Flennaugh! He came HIGHLY recommended by a couple of close friends. Even other attorneys spoke well of him. I watched courtrooms in 2 different municipalities show RF so much respect by him simply walking in the room. He's your guy! I interviewed several other attorneys to represent my family member and decided on Robert. From our initial conversation he made me feel confident in his knowledge of the law. He was relatable and personable. He was honest, straightforward about possible outcomes and was GREAT at communicating. His fees were comparable to other reputable defense attorneys.  My family member was exonerated because of Robert's relentless hard work. He stayed on the procesecuting attorney's office for any/all discovery, requiring them to review evidence, body camera, dashboard footage that the prosecutor didn't even bother to consider reviewing before bringing charges. Robert was so skillful in pointing out the deception and false reporting by 2 different law enforcement agencies. All this without having to go to trial.  He was always a good stuart of our money, checking in with us and letting us know prior to spending against the retainer.  It's refreshing to see someone genuinely on their clients side, looking out for their absolute best interests and invested in their continue success even after the case was dismissed. They're a great law group.... If you have that type of money up front. It's tough to know that you are screwed after being told you're not even in the wrong and your case would be simple... But too bad cuz you're poor.
