What seemed insurmountably complex to me was long-familiar legal territory for her. She lucidly explained to me the process along the way; she was a fastidiously professional steward of time-tracking and invoicing; she graciously interfaced on my behalf with a rather stressful third party; and, in the end, she navigated myself and the other party to a clean, fair, mutually agreeable conclusion.
