Holy cole and Darrin Class are amazing to work with and went over and beyond to help me win my disability case that seemed to be a loosing battle, I would highly recommend them if you find yourself as lost as I was going nowhere with my case, they continue to help me even after my case I can’t thank them enough!

Absolute pleasure working with the Roy Law Group especially Holly and Darrin. They made things seamless and trouble free for me as I worked through a difficult change in my health. A major insurance company recently denied my cognitive disability claim, and these sort of rejections are difficult to win. However, after doing some research, I decided to work with the Roy law group on the appeal and it was a good choice. They successfully appealed the rejection and I couldn't be happier. I’m in the medical field as a Respiratory Therapist for 24 years(lifting Patients, heavy equipment, very demanding job) and I paid into an Insurance Company for at least 15 years in LTD. It came to the time I needed it the most. LTD started. Complications happened with my back and I couldn’t feel my leg. L3-S1 Lami-/fusion major back surgery findings with Spinal Stenosis. Post surgery complications with continuing back/hip more pain, adhesive capsulitis, months and months of Physical Therapy. I also have a history of chronic Migraine’s which I’ve had since the age 10 and take multiple medications for and currently see a Neurologist regularly. After a little less than 2 years I received a notice that my LTD has been discontinued. That’s it? They found that I can not do my job but to be a desk clerk? What? I found Roy Law Group online after a simple search for an attorney who could help me with an SSDI appeal against a large insurance company. They were responsive, helpful, and fast! There are few law firms that take on the complicated world of certain types of employer based disability insurance, but when I needed them to resolve a matter of dispute, Roy Law Group took on the challenge. Although the former employer is a large, "powerful" corporation, that corp. inherited the disability claim and promptly attempted to cancel the claim. Roy Law Group saw to it that this company stopped the harassment, surveillance, and threats to my well-being and welfare, and after settling successfully the claim, the company will discontinue bothering me personally, spying on any and all of my activities, both private and public, and make no further assertions concerning my capabilities and disability.
