With the caveat that I did not end up proceeding with litigation, I found both Mr Anderson and Mr Mitchell to be exceedingly professional and timely in their responsiveness to my inquiries. They easily could have recommended proceeding with litigation, but instead recommended against it as despite a strong case and likelihood of their own personal benefit secondary to fees, even a positive outcome was unlikely to be beneficial to me. They certainly put my interests ahead of their own.

Mr. Anderson was right there to help me in my US Coast Guard dealings. He took the time to see the facts and not just look at them. Each conversation was like talking with a concerned and knowledgeable Friend, not just a good lawyer. In the end it was not about the almighty buck. It was about righting a wrong when needed as well.

Mr. Anderson (and his colleague Mr. Mitchell) were knowledgeable, supportive, and straightforward. He inspired confidence and trust. I was kept informed of the details of my case and involved in all decisions. Mr. Anderson was approachable and responsive - on the rare occasions that I got his voicemail, he always returned my call within the hour. His rates were more than fair and I knew that I had an unbiased, professional view of my case (even if it was a detail I didn't want to hear). You cannot put a price on that kind of integrity. I hope you never need a lawyer, but if you do, I highly recommend Mr. Anderson.
