Lack of responsiveness and poor record-keeping
“Waited for over a week for someone to get back to me, had to call several times and left messages, I used them about a year ago and things went very well. Not anymore. They couldn't find any records of my case, not helpful at all.”

“Attorneys we worked with: Laura Hoexler and Greg Pittman, front desk staff Trish Reitan: They did our will and this is the WORST experience I've ever had with a law firm. After being a client of about 10 years and having them draft my will, I cannot recommend this firm. I felt that there was a serious lack of professionalism here. When we came in to sign our will, it was so messed up and not what we had asked for. Important details were left out that had been requested. They then forgot about me and my wife for 7 weeks.”
