I had the pleasure of talking to Sarah Licha of Mosely Collins Law today and was so impressed with her professionalism, attention to details and warm disposition. I had reached out to several law firms and just received a “ no we do not handle this type of situation.” Sarahs response was , while we do not take this particular case , here are some resources and spent 15/20 unrushed minutes on the phone answering questions , hearing my circumstances and empathizing with me and offering additional resources. Excellent customer service, and bedside manner, would highly recommend.

Although, I called the wrong office. ( They do not do the type of work needed.) THis office listened to me. TheY took the time to understand what I needed, additionally, they provided me with proper resources to get the help I need. Also, when we were almost done, she actually told me that if I got stuck to call back! Thank you so much! Here I was losing faith and they stepped right up!
