My experience with Carney Badley Spellman has been nothing short of outstanding. Zach Haveman, in particular, has gone above and beyond. We were introduced to Zach by John Dippold, the firm's president. I've worked with John in the past with phenomenal results and when he referred Zach as a business law expert, I was immediately impressed. Carney Badley Spellman and specifically Teva Sempel did an amazing job getting a judgement for me so that I could collect on a business deal gone horribly wrong. The case was something completely new to me, and Teva helped me to understand the steps and procedures that we would go through together to resolve my conflict. It was great to be able to feel like I could contact him at any time with all my questions, and ended with a result that was better than I had originally anticipated. I’ve worked with Carney Law a few times over the years. I really enjoy working with Lucinda Luke. She is very helpful with employment law questions and she understands startups and the need for a quick response. I also worked with Susan Schalla on my corporate documents. She took the time to explain the benefits and risks for selecting the type of corporation formed and tax consequences. Overall, I am really pleased with my experiences.
