Andrew Stokes with Carney Law has given his clients some of the most negligent advice possible, making the clients lose tens of thousands of dollars. Carney Badley Spellman has caused big-name landlords to lose money for 6 or 7 months at a time due to their negligent advice on inspections. Some of these unlucky clients have failed several city and government inspections under the advice of Carney Law and have even had their rental contracts canceled. Andrew Stokes (civil litigation attorney with Carney law) has been under investigation by Washington State for several months, due to criminal actions. There was a joint effort between Andrew Stokes from Carney Law and Randy Redford from Puckett and Redford LLC, which caused some of the biggest names in the rental industry from Seattle Washington to lose tens of thousands, simply because of negligent legal advice. I would highly recommend finding different law firms to represent professional clients. It might even be worth checking out legal representation from another area as a diversity of citizenship standard, to avoid using negligent Seattle attorneys, and to utilize the better ones from more established areas.
