It was such a blessing to talk to Sarah! It took me 3 weeks to pick up the phone & make my 1st phone call & Im so glad I did. She provided me with a tremendous amount of resources that are actually truly useful including direct contacts to reporting agencies that I didn't know existed or that I could even report the hospital as well as the surgeons.
