This lawyer over charged me. Hours were spent correcting a mistake made on a parenting plan that he sent incorrectly to my lawyer for review. My lawyer had to cross check two parenting plans and re-write the correct version.

Michael was my attorney for my divorce. My ex had a large number of complicated and hidden assets and dragged the process out at every step. Michael was my attorney at the worst time of my life, a divorce that involved domestic violence. I was divorcing an abusive spouse and needed a restraining order; my ex-husband also charged up my credit cards like mad which forced me into bankruptcy. The bankruptcy was very complicated and my first bankruptcy attorney quit but Michael was kind enough to handle the Chapter 7 bankruptcy as well and did an extremely thorough job on a complicated Chap 7 that involved closing a business. He is a calm person which I found comforting at a bad chapter in my life! To boot, he's a nice guy and I would hightly recommend him.

Michael is professional, knows the law and know how to explain it in laymans terms. Michael has a gentle, kind side which helps him understand the emotions of his clients, however this does not get in the way of him fighting for you and he can be aggressive when he needs to negotiate. He worked hard for me and helped so much throughout the process of my divorce. He always had my best interests at heart and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a family law issuel.
